I also use the pickcallback function to trigger various JS driven lecture graphic events. To this end, the pickcallback available in Jmol 10.0 is very nice. I am, however, keeping my eye on the current discussion for other possibilities. >b) What WOULD you use if you had it available? This may not be related, but a list of applet properties and methods that are available (exposed?) to JavaScript would be useful. This list may already be available.
