| Hi, This probably happens only on the Mac, as it seems to be a variation of an old bug that was previously fixed. See Click the Play button, then when the structure appears, access the Jmol menu (no need to use it, just pop it up) to see the structure jump to applet center. If you hit Play again to move the structure off-center again, accessing the menu again does *not* move it to center, it stays where it is supposed to. It does not happen again until the page is reloaded. But it always happens the first time the menu is accessed after the page is loaded.
