If the files are there, which I'm sure you checked already, the only thing I 
can thnk of is an 
uppercase/lowercase problem. Windows doesn't care about case, but if the server 
is Linux 
that's an issue.  Check that the file names and extensions in the server match 
those in your 
code. Maybe 2acy.PDB?
It usually helps that you send a sample of your code, but if it is working 
locally, it must be OK.
If you can provide the URL, I can check the situation (you can send it off-list 
if you want)

I don't think you need to set any permissions other that Read.
