The error message appears in the Jmol Script Console and in the Jmol window.
I have now found that if the PDB file (6LDH) is stripped of the Header (from REMARKS to SCALE3) the monomeric protein appears. The header appears to contain the information to generate the tetramer. The very similar file 3LDH appears as a monomer even with the complete header. In any case, I have solved my problem. There is probably an issue of the file format.
