well, it doesn't solve MY problem. Could you please send me the offending
file? email:[EMAIL PROTECTED] I have a feeling it is subtlely different
from the one at RCSB, and I'd like to fix the reader to accept it if
possible.

contain the information to generate the tetramer. The very similar file

In any case, I have solved my problem. There is probably an issue of the
file format.

Using both the applet and the application ( jmol-11.0.RC4), I get the
following error message when using the pdb file 6LDH:
ScriptException:javax.vecmath.SingularMatrixExc
eption: cannot invert matrix
Presumably there is something unusual about this pdb file, but I can't
figure out what it is.
