I am still getting the error, invalid argument, in 11.1.22 with the command

isosurface mysurface translucent on

Also, I am having a problem realted to the file command in 11.1.22, a difference in behavior. Whereas previously (11.1.18) after this series of commands,

model 1
isosurface mysurface on
file 0

only file 1 was visible, but the other files were 'displayable', i.e., they could be displayed with additional commands. Now, all files become visible after the file 0 command.

This is fixed in Jmol 11.1.22.

I'm enjoying the beauty of the new translucency with surfaces. But I
find that In Jmol 11.1.21 , using the command

isosurface mysurface translucent on

the 'on' throws an error - invalid argument. Probably wants a number
for translucency, right?

But, in Jmol 11.1.18, the 'on' is required to show a surface (loaded
mysurface with a jvxl file) -- if I leave off the 'on' the command is
ineffective - no surface appears. So maybe a backward compatibility
issue?
