In the manual section "set (measure)"
(http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs/?ver=11.2#setmeasure)
the command "set measurements [distance-unit]" is described. As I
understand it you should be able to increase the accuracy by a factor of
ten by setting "distance-unit" to "picometers".
