Hi Rolf, thanks for your suggestions. However, the problem is reproduced in the simple version of the page (first URL below), which does not have the errors that arise from the more complex versions that lack some dependent files.
Since the very simple, error-less page reproduces the problem, I do not believe the errors you note are causing the problem. Thanks for your input!
