There are different sorts of stereo. What sort are you thinking of? I would think that POV-Ray can support all sorts of stereo output. Take a look at http://www.cip.physik.uni-muenchen.de/~wwieser/render/stereo/create.html and see if that works for you. So in that case a standard Jmol export of POV-Ray should be adaptable to stereo with the addition of a command or two. > According to the FAQ, Jmol should be referenced by its > website "www.jmol.org".
