Small additions to Bob's reply:

The command is "isosurface", with "cavity" keyword

Or load them one file at a time, using "load append". The filenames 
can probably be fed using a loop in Javascript or in JmolScript, if 
they are something like  protein1.pdb, protein2.pdb, protein3.pdb etc
