Greetings all, In my application (using JMol applet ) I have several buttons to select CDR3,epitope regions ,color some chains...etc Now I want to add a 'Reset' button which will reset the colors,structure as it had first time the model was being loaded. I noticed that "reset" command only reset the view matrices not the color schema.
Any tips?
