I'm working on a project in which I had hoped to include both a Jmol
applet and an inline SVG graph. I successfully created an html page
that displayed the applet and included various javascript functions
that I would need for the project. Separately I created an xhtml page
to display an svg graph. Now I'm having trouble putting the two
together. The inline svg won't display in an html page and the Jmol
applet doesn't work in an xhtml page. I've done a little looking
around and it looks like there is some incompatibility between xhtml
and jmol.js. Any suggestions about how I might get around this would
be appreciated.
