I'm thinking of general 2D data plotting -- nice x and y axes,  flexibility
to pick points and run JavaScript from that, labels, titles, keys, buttons,
that sort of thing,. Basically what the divGraph package does, but with a
more general interface to Jmol.

oooooooohhh -- yes, flot is what I was thinking. OK! I'd go for that!
