Eric, how fun! I will look into the wireframe issue. I did mess around with
the script parser yesterday.

Don't forget to use JVXL files for transmitting these surfaces over the web
---several orders of magnitude faster.

Explain to me how sigma works. For the MRC files we do have RMS and mean,
and we are by default using a cutoff of

  mean + 2*rms

but if it would be easier to work in some sort of more familiar sigma units,
let me know how to do that.

Slab is working. I think perhaps you are forgetting "slab on":
