Dear Jmol users, The pop-up menu has some entries under Select > Hetero that I'd like to reword. - They are only fully understood by those knowing the script language (and the popup menu should be clear for naive users) - In English, some are redundant - In other languages, they are confusing, since the 2nd part is not localized
Current: - All PDB "HETATM" - Ligand (hetero and not solvent) - Nonaqueous HETATM (hetero and not water) - Nonaqueous Solvent (solvent and not water) My proposal: - All Hetero - Ligand - Nonaqueous Hetero - Nonaqueous Solvent The portions in parentheses, which I'd remove, are literal scripts (that-s why they are not localized). No other menu entry has its script revealed. And I think the first part of each entry is clear enough to be understood.
