In animations of organic chemical reaction mechanisms we need to be able to
display different bond types (Partial, SIngle, Aromatic, etc.) in different
stages of the reaction. We have achieved this by using connect 1.0 1.2 (carbon)
(hydrogen) PARTIAL CREATE or similar. Thus as the bond length changes the bond
type displayed also changes.
However in certain reactions bond lengths don't change enough for this to work
well. Is it possible to specify bond types within a specified frame (or range
of frames) of an animation as an alternative approach?
