Is there a tutorial somwehere on how to build java plugins for jmol ? Ive been wrapping jmol for a while now in custom applicatoins....
I think it might be interesting to trying to go in the reverse direction from an architecture perspective, that is, have jmol "wrap" my java code..... I assume there is a solid API for building applications embedded in the source. But I don't see any plugin tutorials online....
