I am trying to help our chemistry department in solving an issue with jmol. The pages they created use to work during last spring, but now they appear to not work properly.
When you load the page, in the status bar you see 'jmol script terminated' and on the page where the drawing is to appear it states 'java.io.FileNotFoundException: <URL to PDB file>' The URL path is correct. This issue happens with version 11.7, and with the current 12.0.10 release. The server that is causing these issues appear to be those running Microsoft IIS7. If I copy the same files to our Mac OS X 10.6.4 server they work fine, but that's not a long term solution. http://www.chem.uwec.edu/REU-mb-SB2/pages/SB2/SB2-model.html Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.
