Color blindness is not one single adaptation. There are several kinds, and
what you mostly need is to find out from this particular person what colors
work.
Your best bet is probably
color property polymer
This you could then color using a custom color scheme if you want.
color property polymer "rwb"
color property polymer "bw"
color property polymer "user"
etc.
