Yes.. that's what I'd originally had. But it stopped working. And 
switching back now I find that it still doesn't work

 java net ConnectException Connection timed out

I don't remember if that was the original error message I'd got or 
not. But that's what I get now, regardless I use 12.0.6 or 12.0.45, 
assuming they do connect to different sources of SMILES translations.

Other instances of jmol applets work fine.

Maybe those two sources have quit supplying SMILES translations?
