I have virtualbox, a program that emulates a virtual machine on my
linux box, installed and I can see the SMILES translated to jmol models
in both IE and Firefox in windows xp running virtually on my linux, but
the firfox on the linux cannot access the same. Neither can the gnome
epiphany web browser, I don't think that browser has access to the java
virtual machine.

I have problems on the linux that don't affect the virtual machine
running on top of the linux, apparently.

Thanks for all your help.
