OK, let me know of any other strangeness. I'm glad it is working. It was
very tricking getting all these options to work:
*normal operation
*
coverImage: ""
*image, with behind-the-scenes loading (iPad, perhaps)
*
coverImage: "xxx.png"
*image, with delayed loading (iPhone, perhaps, or maybe just for debugging)
*
coverImage: "xxx.png"
deferApplet: true
*image, with delayed loading; image remains during that loading (iPhone,
perhaps) *
coverImage: "xxx.png"
deferApplet: true
deferUncover: true
I can see how we might want two different images, one first and then one
during loading. A nice animated GIF would be handy for the loading part.
We might also tie this in with processes like surface creation. The images
could be partially translucent. If anyone wants to explore these
possibilities, let me know. We have the capability now to interrupt and
resume running scripts in order to do this sort of thing. Suggestions
welcome.
