Well, this is going to be a tough one. I'm looking at my Mac. Two Safari
windows, both with http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/jsmol2/test2.htm One is
a single line of atoms, the other is fine. On the one that's bad, sometimes
I can click on a small-molecule link and it will be fine; other times not.
"Caffeine with MEP" works, maybe because the rendering is done later due to
the surface.
I have to believe it's a threading issue. Is it possible that Safari is
multithreaded in JavaScript??
