Not necessarily, Anthony. The issues ar with changing Java security policies 
and the browsers way of dealing with that. So until you are ready or willing to 
move to JSmol the problem is the same with the new JSO method than with 
Jmol.js. 
And moving to JSmol is another story. It may be easy, but you have to plan 
carefully if it's what you want (that's my opinion, others are happy with the 
move).
