Hi I have two applets in a page which are injected with 2 scripts at creation time. The 2nd one includes a SYNC command.
This is working with Jmol 12.2.2, signed applet, using Jmol.js and jmolApplet( mySize, myScript, myName ); Now I adapted to JSmol (jmol-13.3.6_2013.09.14.zip) using the same applet call filtered by Jmol2.js All other pages that use this same conversion are working fine, but on this one the SYNC seems to be ignored or fails. Both models load and look as they should. The title echos are there too. The failure occurs both in HTML5 and Java modes. Only the 2nd model does the final rotation and mouse sync does not work. Any hints? Shouldn't sync work in JSmol?
