Hello Hiroshi the "idioma" folder must be at the same level than the "java" folder, that is, both must be children of a same folder. I do not think that there should be any difference between the Jmol/Java and the JSmol/Html5 options. Maybe you have a browser cache issue.
Are you setting the jarPath option when defining Info in your page? That may be the reason. The default value is ./java > JSmol HTML5 > http://www3.u-toyama.ac.jp/kihara/jsmol/model-js.html > > Java > http://www3.u-toyama.ac.jp/kihara/mgf/model.html Oh, I see Yes, because in the java version you are using jmolInitialize('.') but you have disbled that line in the html5 version. So they will behave different --I am not sure where the default will be. Best way is to have both a "java" and an "idioma" folder side by side. Because you are using Jmol2.js I am not fully sure how to specify the paths, but I think you can force them by setting "Info" with them in your page. Also, do you realize that you do not need two separate pages any more?
