the "idioma" folder must be at the same level than the "java" folder, 
that is, both must be children of a same folder.
I do not think that there should be any difference between the 
Jmol/Java and the JSmol/Html5 options. Maybe you have a browser cache 
issue.


Are you setting the jarPath  option when defining Info in your page?
That may be the reason. The default value is ./java

Yes, because in the java version you are using jmolInitialize('.') 
but you have disbled that line in the html5 version. So they will 
behave different --I am not sure where the default will be.

Best way is to have both a "java" and an "idioma" folder side by 
side.
Because you are using Jmol2.js I am not fully sure how to specify the 
paths, but I think you can force them by setting "Info" with them in 
your page. Also, do you realize that you do not need two separate 
pages any more? The switch to Java or HTML5 may be done in the url 
line
