Keeping going with this --

-- the problem is not related to that message. That message is just a
message, I believe. I am seeing that message as well, and I am using
Firefox 30.0.

-- the problem is probably with my recent changes to jmol.php to make it
serve up JavaScript (See the Wikipedia entry for cholesterol, for example.)
The real error is this one:

Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the
remote resource at
http://your.server.here/jsmol.php?call=getRawDataFromDatabase&database=_&query=http%3A%2F%2Fchemapps.stolaf.edu%2Fjmol%2Fjsmol%2Fj2s%2Fcore%2Fcorescript.z.js.
This can be fixed by moving the resource to the same domain or enabling
CORS.

I think that is appropriate. http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/jmol.php is
not meant to be a general way of loading files from YOUR website.

I think if you install jmol.php on your site, Mark, you will have a better
experience.

Another possibility, if you do not want to use JavaScript, is to add the
&use=JAVA flag as described at http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/jmol.php
