Bob, I'm afraid I don't have error reports, but I though I should point this out. RCSB search is broken for me also, and I'm running an older version of Jmol:
14.1.12_2014.03.21 with the php file on the same server at ISU - i.e. no cross domain issue. Has something possibly changed at RCSB? I can't address any other php file dependancy. I use my own server scripts for everything but RCSB search.
