Eric, drag-dropping of scripts into JSmol is supposed to work.
Try the distribution jsmol/jsmol.htm with the file
jsmol/data/cyclflip2.spt
This works for me on a PC with Firefox in Java and HTML5. If it works for
you, then you have something to fix in your script. Note that the script
will operate with a file base of the page, not the script itself. Maybe
that's it.
Check in the Jmol JavaScript console (popup menu item "JavaScript Console")
for error messages running your script.
