Hi Robert,

 Thanks.   Jmol can take scripts or commands but this is not what I want.

It would be very helpful if you can set up another flag to let  Jmol
take a structure from  a pipe  like ' - ' in  linux systems

cat foo.pdb |  jmol   -FLAG   -
