What if different filetypes like mol2, pqr , dcd ... ? I am testing different filetypes. It also works for mol2. However It dosen't work for few filetypes if load data syntax dosen't change. If different filetype, which syntax will it be ? what should I make a corresponding change in the load command ? Thanks, Dwey >Ah, that's it.
