Jmol.getPropertyAsString(jmolApplet0, "boundboxInfo.vector") I'm not sure what to do next in your case, but it's the only relevant data that I'm aware of. I use this data in a slightly different way to make model translation changes before I duplicate a model - i.e to keep the new model from superimosing the old model.
