Note: the Jmol WebExport feature automatically generates pages in the proper form to work. On issue is that every single page generated for local use has a j2s directory. That would be very inefficient for space. Maybe we need to try to make that more efficient. I would like to help, but I think I am too busy this summer. I am running two major projects this summer (testing candidate anti-rhinovirus compounds for inhibition of rhinovirus infections and quantum computations on ionization potentials).
