Position Summary
Interpoint Partners is seeking a Sr. Cold Fusion developer with a strong
background in SQL, OLAP, and data mining. This position will be involved in
application design, UI design and system architecture design. As a senior
level development position this person will be expected to understand the
customer's business level requirements and have the ability to translate
those requirements into working software.
. You will, participate in the code review process
. Participate in the upgrade/release process
. Perform unit testing and basic quality assurance testing
. Identify and correct application defects and issues hindering
usage
. Write and maintain technical documentation as part of the software
delivery process
Requirements
Ability to grasp business rules and follow complex customer requirements.
5+ years working with each of the following technologies:
T-SQL
Cold Fusion
Java
JavaScript
HTML/CSS.
An understanding of data warehousing concepts, OLAP, and dimensional
modeling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to write clearly, manage technical documentation, and read and
interpret written information.
Ability to self-manage within a small company environment and work with a
remote team.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from an accredited
university.
Additional Desired Capabilities
Experience working with common JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery.
Experience coding large analytical processes; OLAP cubes, pivot tables, data
visualization tools.
Experience working within an Agile development process.
