Company Description: -We are an online music company / retailer seeking to hire a web services and data ingestion coordinator. Job Description: -General coordination of all web services and data ingestion, including working with our web design / maintenance team regarding web site improvements, fixes, and trouble-shooting. -Updating website, i.e. “Best Sellers,” “What’s New” (HTML knowledge required). -Creating banners for website and ads for print (HTML and graphic design knowledge required). -Customer services, including answering e-mails and calls regarding general inquiry to technical questions and processing payments. Job Qualifications: -Relevant college degree -Experience in web design / programming, information technology, graphic design desired -Thorough and detail oriented -Good written and verbal communication -Works well in team / cooperative enivronments Salary: -Approximately $30K, negotiable based upon experience.
