Agile startup is seeking a PHP developer to create a state-of-the-art
e-commerce website. This a short-term freelance project with a small team
located in New York City. Full-time effort required for approximately 3 months
with potential for long-term position. This is a ground-floor opportunity to be
a leader on a collaborative team. Interested candidates should submit resume
with detailed work/project history.
Responsibilities:
- Write object-oriented PHP code using an MVC framework
- Integrate an ecommerce platform
- Develop and administer MySQL database
- Assist team in gathering requirements and defining specifications
Required skills:
- PHP 4/5
- CSS, XHTML, XML
- MySQL 5.x
- JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery
- Linux server and Apache
- Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
