Seeking a Russian speaking PHP programmer to interface with our offshore team.
The candidate should have experience in these areas:
1. PHP - object oriented, MVC pattern
2. MySQL - solid understanding of database architecture
3. Javascript, jQuery, and ExtJS (big plus)
4. API's
5. XML
6. SOAP
7. fluent Russian
This is a contract position.
Salary: $20/hr
