As I said, a pre-defined meeting for each month will be better, for example 1st and 3rd Friday of each month. Confirmation is not needed since the community is growing so much, but -if needed- the google calender (as one of the guys suggested) would be good.

 

Lets focus on keeping this forum an information driven one rather than an attendance confirmation service
