Salam all, Please consider using your accounts on jolug.org to invite people and friends to this event and to join the LUG.
There is an option in your account right under your name "Invite your friends and colleagues <http://www.jolug.org/invite>" that will automate the whole process for you. You can add some text of your own explaining what you are inviting them for. The benefit of doing this is obvious.
