I think Jad took CRM to mean Customer Relation Management, hence the
suggestion SugarCRM.

But for CMS (Content Management System), Drupal kicks ass.

Jad -helpful as always- :)
You opened my eyes to something that I took for granted
"why use drupal as a CRM"!
to my understanding, and quoted from drupal.org:
" Drupal.org is the official website of Drupal, an open source content
management platform."

So can you tell me in brief what is it best used for?

Thanks bro,

Fadi

depends on your needs and your developers familiarity with drupal API,
personally I prefer drupal over other modular systems but I'm not sure
why would you want to use it as a CRM? of course you can interface it
with SugarCRM or some other open source CRM systems
