Vincenzo,
I think that there is a fix in the latest JOnAS for this, but it is my understanding
that when you call
java from JNI you should specify the classpath with the option "-Djava.class.path="
Look in the JDK 1.3 source under launchers for examples.
Also, your native calls could be using a different java.home, in which case, you have
XXX_jonas.jar in
that home's ext directory. I would search your drives for *jonas.jar.
