The film is called "Sugar Town" (1999). The interesting thing is that Rossana, here playing an actress who falls in love with a musician, had, in her real life, a long romance with...Peter Gabriel! So here's another Joni friend!(What was that My Secret Place film she saw in NYC, mmmm?)
