Vince, This seems so odd that it would be misquoted all these years. The more well-known, quote mentioned them coming for the Catholics, Gypsies, etc. as I recall. Which is some of the groups the Nazi's came after. Somehow this corrected quote doesn't make sense to me, and maybe you can enlighten me. Was Germany filled with Communists at the time? Why would they come for the Socialists when the name "Nazi" is short for "National Socialist Party?"
And I guess the rest of your post makes the analogy that Ashcroft is a Nazi? O.K. Kakki, again reconsidering emigration from Amerika
