Dear Matt, I am a Joan Armatradring (sp?)fan though I don't own any of her CD's. I remember when she came out, she reminded me a bit of Joni because of her insightful, soulful lyrics. You could tell that this person was giving you a piece of her soul when she sung. And that voice! Never heard anything like it! From the very beginning, I had the utmost respect for her as an artist. She just struck me that way.
