This is a really good point, Lama. I've had to do criminal record searches in some of my cases and it is VERY expensive and time-consuming, especially if one wants to go back several years. Most databases out there only go back a few years and if you want to look further it often involves long, archival court searches. I would also guess that they either won't find this or, it may have been automatically expunged, as is sometimes done with minor juvenile infractions. At any rate, if this is used against Mack, I think he has a excellent chance of winning any fight against them. Kakki
