I think it may have been more like the mid to late 70s, Cindy, after the
miniseries format became popular in the US with the runaway success of
"Roots." In any case, Nick Nolte was the 'poor man' of "Rich Man, Poor Man"
and he was pretty young at the time. (At least in retrospect!)
