OK, so the guy's a dickhead, but I wasted enough of my life living with him - I don't want to waste any more thinking about him now! > > In any event, may I please eat at your table next > Christmas, Catherine? > Your menu sounds delicious! The mocha cake was store-bought and looked better than it tasted (although it tasted... not bad, but not as good as the ones I sometimes buy from the crazy French baker in our neighbourhood!) The cranberry sauce was easy enough for people like me (who really don't enjoy cooking all that much) to handle without any trouble and was right on the bag of cranberries I bought - you put the berries in a pot, pour over them a cup of sugar and a cup of water. You grate the zest of one orange over the lot, then bring the pot to a boil while stirring regularly, until the berries pop - this takes about five minutes, maybe a bit longer. That's all there is to it! ______________________________________________________ Send your holiday cheer with http://greetings.yahoo.ca
