Hi gang, I got the book "Joni Mitchell: Voices" with the paintingas from the mendel exhibit, and i have a quickm hopefully not stupid question:
You know the painting "Middle Point" with the words "idle", Idyl", "idal" and "idol" on the frame:? Are these words painted on the frame, or is the frame actually *part* of the painting, i.e., is a trompe l'oieul (sp?) of some kind? Thanks, Walt
