John, from what I can tell "Winter Lady" is a bootleg based on the WMMR broadcast of Joni's early Second Fret performances and interviews with Gene Sciaky. This was also booted as "The Posall & The Mosalm". Again, these recordings are edits and are incomplete. The complete (and better sounding) recordings have been treed and shared here. If you want to, forward the song listing from this bootleg and I'll confirm it.
