and now me: I cry at the thought of that scene, nevermind
the whole movie. I am also deeply affected by all things
Holocaust related, so already, I was set up for losing it.
It is one of the most painful scenes I have ever seen in 
a film. I can still hear her daughter screaming for her
mother as she is being carried off by a German soldier.
I could not believe my eyes when this happened. Horrific.
Anytime someone loses a child, I am a major mess.
